After a 15-year career as a middle school teacher, Virg Hale transitioned to the role of Ambassador for the EdReady Montana program in 2014. As a member of the EdReady Ambassador team, she now provides professional development and support to schools and programs across Montana. Virg is passionate about the impact of EdReady Montana, a program that has been embraced by over 600 educational institutions statewide, offering teachers and students a valuable resource with EdReady team support. Residing in Dillon, MT, she enjoys gardening and time with her grandchildren.
