EdReady for College Success covers every math topic that students are expected to learn and master in order to be fully ready for college-level coursework. The program is divided into three stages corresponding to typical college-course pre-requisite expectations, as follows:
Mastery indicates readiness for college-level math for non-STEM majors.
Foundational arithmetic, geometry, and statistics concepts are covered.
Mastery indicates readiness for college-level courses in any major.
Foundational algebraic concepts and skills are covered.
Mastery indicates readiness for more advanced college-level math courses, such as those on STEM tracks.
More advanced algebraic and trigonometric skills are covered.
EdReady for College Success covers all of the critical academic reading and writing skills that students are expected to apply to their college-level coursework. The program utilizes an integrated approach and also incorporates a comprehensive review of key grammar skills. The program is divided into two stages, as follows:
Mastery indicates that the student has a solid foundation of key English reading, writing, and grammatical skills.
Sufficient to avoid most remedial requirements
Mastery indicates that the student has an excellent foundation of key English reading, writing, and grammatical skills.
Sufficient for college-level reading or writing assignments in any discipline
EdReady for College Success can be deployed in classrooms, online, or in hybrid environments. The program is typically deployed prior to matriculation, either in the summer before the start of freshman year, or immediately upon initial enrollment, but it can also be used effectively as a co-requisite solution for students who do not have time to engage prior to starting college-level courses but nonetheless need additional preparatory support.
