Adult education partners with postsecondary institutions, skills training programs, employers, and workforce offices to improve basic skills while learners participate in education and training that leads to a career.  Integrated Education and Training (IET) is one of the fastest-growing types of programs for adult education programs and colleges nationwide. IET courses face unique challenges to assist adult learners in achieving success in the current skills course and preparing for high school equivalency and/or continuing their education to reach higher levels in their chosen career pathway. Propel NM has partnered with EdReady to identify the needs for particular career pathways and assist adult learners to fill-in skills gaps to prepare them for higher education and careers. Join us for our webinar, "Integrated Education and Training Programs: How to Utilize EdReady to Help Adult Learners Succeed", to identify key details to help learners succeed, no matter where they are starting from. In this webinar, we will examine the potential of using EdReady to support student success in IET programs.
