Melissa has dedicated her entire career to supporting students and educators to thrive.  With a proven track record as both a successful independent contributor and a leader of teams, she brings a wealth of experience across a variety of educational settings, including K-adult learners in the educational, correctional, and workforce transition sectors.  Now at NROC, Melissa is excited to apply her diverse background and passion for empowering others to help further the mission at NROC.  Her drive to make a difference led her to earn her Masters of Counseling, where she had the privilege of providing guidance and support to young adults in an urban college setting, a role that was maintained on a part-time basis for a number of years.  Melissa is a true NJ girl and lives by the beach.  She is equally passionate about traveling, attending the theatre, spending time with her two grown kids and her adorable Eskipoo-Zeke,and taking care of mind, body and spirit.
